come on lads lets sort out a day for training that suits everyone , remember how good it was when we did it every week , and lets face it we could all do with a mid week run about

wednesday good day lads as i train on a thurs now with llandyrnog an we need to train like we did sunday not ust all get down the astro turf and play a game, we need set training plans sorted out, sunday was the best session i've ever had with the barrell an we need to contiue it if we want to win this league
